A licensed clinician runs a brief assessment of your substance use history, mental health, current situation, and any urgent medical needs. About 30 to 45 minutes.

Insurance verification
We contact your insurer directly and confirm what is covered, your deductible and copay, and whether prior authorization is needed. You get the full breakdown before you commit.

Your treatment plan
Based on the assessment and your benefits, we recommend the right level of care: IOP, Outpatient, Way House, or a Detox Concierge handoff. You decide whether to move forward.

Start treatment
Most clients begin within the same week, many the next day. The clinical team meets you on day one with a full plan ready to go.
